Décidément je vous en aurais posté des recettes d’esquimaux cette année, ici, ici , il faut dire qu’en été c’est un de mes desserts préférés ! Aujourd’hui je me suis inspiré de la limonana une citronnade citron et menthe, si vous aimez la citronnade vous adorerez ces esquimaux. Comme d’habitude, en 10 minutes les citrons sont pressés, mixés et les esquimaux sont au congélateur…quoi de plus simple quand on est en vacances ?

Pour 8 esquimaux :
-100 ml de jus de citron jaune
-80 ml de jus de citron vert
-1 zeste de citron vert
-1 zeste de citron jaune
-280 ml d’eau
-50 gr de sucre
-2 c à soupe de miel
-1 branche de menthe
-Pressez les citrons, vous pouvez conservez la pulpe
-Ajoutez y les zestes et le sucre, le miel et mixez bien
-Ajoutez y 4 à 6 feuilles de menthe et mixez de nouveau
-Ajoutez enfin l’eau et mixez, pensez bien à gouter afin de voir si vous voulez plus ou moins diluer le mélange
-Versez le mélange dans un moule à esquimaux, ajoutez y le couvercle et laissez prendre 1 heure
-Ajoutez un bâtonnet au centre de chaque esquimau et remettez au congélateur pour 1 nuit
-Pour démoulez les esquimaux trempez le moule 10 seconde dans de l’eau tiède
Limonana Popcicles (lemon and mint)
8 popcicles:
-100 Ml lemon juice
-80 Ml of lime juice
-1 Lime zest
-1 Lemon zest
-280 Ml of water
-50 G sugar
-2 Tablespoons honey
-1 Sprig of mint
– Squeeze the lemons, you can keep the pulp
– Add the zest and there sugar, honey and mix well
– Add it 4-6 mint leaves and mix again
– Finally, add water and mix, remember to taste to see if you want more or less dilute the mixture
– Pour the mixture into a mold to Eskimos, add the lid and let it take one hour
– Add a stick in center of each Eskimo and put in freezer for 1 night
– To unmold the popsicles dip the mold in 10 seconds in warm water
