Voilà une de mes recette joker, une de celle que je sors quand je n’ai pas beaucoup de temps ou qu’il y a beaucoup de convives… et une de celle pour laquelle j’ai toujours des compliments. Et à chaque fois j’ai droit à une phrase de ce type «d’habitude je n’aime pas le tiramisu mais celui ci est vraiment bon ».
Pour l’alléger un peu j’y mets moitié mascarpone et moitié ricotta, je le sucre peu et j’imbibe de vrais biscuits cuillère dans un café noir sans sucre. Facile non ?
