Voici le dessert d’automne par excellence, la flognarde est une spécialité limousine dont je vous ai déjà proposé divers version ici, ici ou ici. C’est une sorte de flan aux fruits qui se prépare en 10 minutes et qui régalera les gourmands au gouter ou même au petit déjeuner. Je vous propose ici une version de la flognarde aux accents canadien, et vous verrez que l’érable se mari à la perfection aux pommes et au rhum.
Pour 6 personnes :
-40 cl de lait entier
-120 gr de farine
-50 gr de sucre
-60 gr de sirop d’érable
-50 gr de beurre fondu
-5 pommes
-4 œufs
-2 c à s de rhum
-Préchauffez votre four à 170°C
-Faites fondre le beurre
-Pelez les pommes et découpez-les en 8
-Beurrez un moule en terre et déposez-y les morceaux de pommes
-Dans un saladier battez les oeufs avec le sucre et le sirop d’érable, longuement jusqu’à ce qu’ils blanchissent
-Ensuite ajoutez y le beurre, le rhum, battez bien et finissez par la farine
-Versez y enfin le lait et battez bien afin d’éviter les grumeaux
-Versez la pate sur les pommes et enfournez pour 35 minutes environ
-Vous allez voir la flognarde va gonfler à la cuisson, mais elle retombera très rapidement
-Servez la tiède ou froide
