Avec l’été j’ai envie de fraicheur et de parfum délicats, voici une recette de salade
très rapide et originale que j’ai inventée pour les vacances. Les brugnons se marient à merveille avec la douceur de la mozzarella, un petit peu de roquette pour relevée tout cela et vous êtes
partis pour un déjeuner rapide!
Pour 2
personnes :
-2 brugnons blancs
-1 boule de mozzarella de buffala ou de la burrata
-2 poignées de roquette
-Huile d’olive
-Pignons
-Lavez les brugnons et découpez-les en lamelle
-Découpez la mozzarella en morceaux
-Répartissez les dans deux assiettes, recouvrez avec la roquette et parsemez d’un filet
d’huile d’olive, de fleur de sel et d’un tour de moulin à poivre.
-Quelques pignons et voici que la salade est prête…

Effectivement la roquette va réveiller la salade… programme appétissant!
