Les premiers rayons de soleil arrivent, et m’ont donné envie de fraicheur et de simplicité j’ai improvisé cette recette avec
de jolies poires et une bonne féta. Dans les recettes simples, la qualité des ingrédients est primordiale.
Pour deux personnes :
-2 grosses poires mures
-100 gr de bonne féta (Monoprix Gourmet pour moi)
-½ jus de citron
-1 filet d’huile d’olive
-Fleur de sel
-Poivre
-Pelez les poires et découpez les en lamelles
-Citronnez les afin d’éviter qu’elles ne noircissent
-Déposez les dans des assiettes
-Salez les et poivrez les
-Émiettez la féta dessus et arrosez d’un filet d’huile d’olive
-Il ne reste plus qu’à servir
