Pour 5 personnes :
-1 demi pastèque bien mûre
-3 tomates mûres
-150 gr de vraie féta
-Quelques feuilles de basilic frais
-4 c à soupe d’huile d’olive
-Sel et poivre
-Commencez par coupez la pastèque en cubes régulier et pas trop gros
-Coupez les tomates en cubes
-Mélangez les dans un saladier avec l’huile, le sel et le poivre
-Coupez la féta en cubes et ajoutez-la
-Emincez grossièrement les feuilles de basilic et ajoutez les dans la salade
-Mélangez délicatement, filmez-la et conservez-la au frais le temps de passer à table
