Si il y a bien un gâteau que je fais souvent à la maison c’est le banane bread, j’adore en essayer de nouvelles recette et celle ci aperçue chez Rita me faisait de l’œil depuis longtemps.
Il est ultra moelleux et parfait pour accommoder des bananes un peu oubliée dans la corbeille à fruit.
Pour 4 personnes :
-2 œufs
-40 gr de sucre blanc
-50 gr de sucre de canne complet
-130 gr de beurre demi sel
-80 gr de chocolat noir
-1 c à soupe de rhum
-210 gr de farine
-1 sachet de levure chimique
-3 bananes très mures
-1 banane pour la déco
-Préchauffez votre four à 180°C
-Battez les œufs avec les sucres jusqu’à obtenir une texture mousseuse
-Ajoutez-y les 3 bananes écrasées à la fourchette
-Incorporez-y le beurre fondu, le rhum, la farine mélangée avec la levure, le chocolat en morceau et mélangez bien
-Versez la pâte dans un moule à cake recouverte de papier sulfurisé,
-Décorez de la dernière banane découpée dans la longueur
-Enfournez pour 55 minutes environ, prenez soin de la recouvrir d’une feuille de papier aluminium au bout de 40 minutes si il colore un peu trop
-Laissez le refroidir puis démoulez-le
