J’ai reconstitué mon stock de confiture d’abricots il y a quelques jours et comme cela vous a plus sur les réseaux sociaux, je re-partage la recette que je fais maintenant les yeux fermés! Voici une recette peu sucrée et qui a donc un bon parfum de fruits, ma belle mère la fait ainsi depuis des années du coup je m’y suis mis pour le bonheur de mes papilles !
Bien évidement vous pouvez en faire la quantité que vous souhaitez, il suffit juste de diviser le poids des abricots pour avoir la juste quantité de sucre.
C’est tellement simple de faire sa confiture que ce serait dommage de s’en priver non ?
-2 kgr de beaux abricots mures (dénoyautés)
-1 kgr de sucre (500gr de sucre de canne et 500 gr de sucre blanc)
-½ jus de citron
-pots à confiture propres
-Lavez puis coupez les abricots en deux, retirez le noyau
-Pesez les et versez les dans un grand saladier
-Ajoutez y le sucre
-Mélangez et filmez le saladier
-Laissez reposer une nuit à température ambiante
-Le lendemain versez le contenu du saladier dans une grande casserole (idéalement une bassine à confiture) pour ma part j’ai utilisé ma Lagostina
-Ajoutez y le jus de citron
-Allumez un feu moyen dessous et amenez la confiture à ébullition
-Ecumez régulièrement la mousse qui se forme à la surface avec une écumoire
-Pendant ce temps stérilisez les pots en verre (vous pouvez en trouvez de très jolis chez Le Parfait), en les mettant dans le four 15 minutes à 150°C (sans les couvercles qui fondraient).
-Surveillez bien votre confiture en la mélangeant régulièrement
-Mettez une goutte de confiture sur une soucoupe inclinée, si elle se fige en coulant la confiture est prête.
-Sortez les pots du four et remplissez les de confiture à l’aide d’une louche, des que le premier pot est plein fermez le avec le couvercle et retournez le (du coté du couvercle). Laissez le ainsi et passez au suivant.
-Quand tous les pots sont pleins, laissez les retournés jusqu’à ce qu’ils refroidissent.

Obviously you can make the amount you want, you just have to divide the weight of apricots for the right amount of sugar.
-2 Kgr beautiful ripe apricots (pitted)
-1 Kgr sugar (500gr cane sugar and 500 grams of white sugar)
– Juice of ½ lemon
-clean jam jars
-Wash and cut the apricots in half, remove the core
-Weigh and pour into a large bowl
-Add sugar
-Mix and shoot the bowl
-Let stand overnight at room temperature
The next day, pour the contents of the bowl in a large saucepan
-Add the juice of lemon
-Turn on medium heat and bring it below the boiling jam
Skim-regular foam that forms on the surface with a slotted spoon
-Meanwhile sterilize the jars by putting them in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 ° C (without lids
melt).
-Keep an eye on your jam mixing regularly
-Put a drop of jam on a saucer inclined, if it freezes
casting the jam is ready.
-Remove the pot from the oven and fill the jam with a ladle, close the lid and turn on (the side of the cover).
-When all the pots are full, let cool until they returned

Je vous explique tout dans la recette, il faut les passer dans le four (vide et lavés au préalable) et enfin de remplir ces pots avec la confiture bouillante puis de les retourner une fois que vous aurez ajouté le couvercle. Facile non?
